My Body Turnaround Challenge

I am so ready to lose these last 20lbs! I am tired of feeling bad about myself. Tired of not liking pictures of myself, I am going to take control and get my body back! I can't wait to feel comfortable in my own skin again, and most of all, set a good example of health for my family.  So here I am. Committing through this very public forum.  I am nervous, but more excited because I know the program I have chose will work.  Will it be easy? No.  But the plan is simple to follow and as long as I follow it, I will succeed.  I can do this!
