My New Venture

BIG NEWS!!!

I am So So So excited to share with you all, that I have decided to try my hand in the Photography business. I am just so excited about it ~ Excited seems to be the only word I can use to describe it!

I would like to officially introduce you all to:

Of course this is brand new, but I am so excited to be getting out and taking photos of just about everything!! I have a little sneak peak for you from going to the beach for a family birthday :)

I've also booked a couple sessions for my next trip to NY in May!!! Please get in touch and let me know if you'd like to get pictures taken of yourself, family, baby, pets, etc!!

Clean Hands

I'm a day late .. and likely a (few) dollar(s) short but that's another story :)
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, as well as fun Black Friday shopping, if that's your thing!

This weekend we are on Florida's west coast visiting my "Biggest Fan", my Mom!

I happened to do a little shopping. I've never done Black Friday before, and I took the easy way out this year! Kohls was having their Black Friday sales online on Thursday, so I got a few things, plus I found a 20% off coupon on top of the deals! I don't know if they are the same deals I would have gotten had I stood on the lines like others, but I was happy with my savings!! Then Friday I stopped in Pep Boys and spent $112 on stuff we really need (full DIY oil changes, for both cars, etc) and I have a mail in rebate for $55, so I am happy with that as well!!

Anyhow, on to the point of today's post! 
Last weekend, Tyler was working on his car, with a friend, and came in with DIRTY hands, and here's how we washed them!

You may be surprised to hear, but all we used was a squirt of Shaklee's Fresh Laundry Concentrate!
I also use this as a pre-treater for clothes & Riley's toys!

Day # 19: Family Fun Fest

Back on our Random Sunday, I told you a little bit about the Family Fun Festival. Well I have finally got my photos together so I can give you more of the fun!

After Church, and breakfast, we all went home to change and headed out to the FFF (Tyler, Riley, Grandma Rose and myself), which was held at Mounts Botanical Garden. It is so lovely there!

 

The first thing we did was wait on line (about 20 minutes) for the pony rides!! This was Riley's first time ever, and she loved it! We went back as our last stop but just before her turn it started raining so they closed up .. bummer.

 

Look how much she was loving this! It also puts into perspective just how big she is getting!

Riley also had a blast in 2 bounce houses and this awesome slide!

We had planned on painting pumpkins, but just 2 hours into this 5 hour event, they were completely gone! So Riley got her face painted, as a butterfly, but someone didn't get any pictures of that! (silly me.)

I have some really great things planned for this weekend so be on the look out for awesome ideas coming from Our Home!
