Give the Gift of Health this Christmas

I know Thanksgiving just ended, but have you started (or finished?) your Christmas shopping yet? I've started, far from finished though...

The holidays are coming fast! Is it just me, or do the holidays seem to come faster every year?

This year I will be starting a new tradition, that I LOVE! My friends & family, and even teachers, will receive gifts that are useful & FUN!

Here are some great ideas for healthy gift-giving!!

1. Vivix Cellular Anti-Aging Tonic Dietary Supplement in the middle of a wreath, or inside a beautiful ribboned wine glass or wine decanter.

2. Cinch Snack Bars or Meal-in-a-Bars to stuff stockings. Or give a box of Snack or Meal-in-a- Bars along with brochures for hiking trails and bike routes.

3. Cinch Energy Tea sticks tied in a pretty bow, inside a beautiful mug or lovely teacup. Or try with a cute teapot and tea cozy.

4. Basic-H2 with a sponge in a bucket filled with car magazines.

5. Shaklee Energizing Soy Protein in Cocoa or Cinch Shake Mix in Chocolate for healthy hot chocolate along with a warm hat, scarf, and gloves.

6. Enfuselle Nutrition Therapy Skin Care System collection with a fancy makeup mirror.

7. Enfuselle Lip Treatment SPF 15 wrapped up with ribbons at both ends to slip into cards you’re mailing...or into a Christmas stocking...or given away as a small memento for co-workers, teachers, mail carrier, etc.

8. Enfuselle Moisturizing Shower Gel, Ultra Moisturizing Shea Butter Cream, and a Bath Sponge in a pretty shower caddy or with a set of monogrammed towels.

10. Shakleekids Incredivites and Mighty Smart along with books, games, and a world globe.

11. Herbal Blend Multi-Purpose Cream with some nice slippers or designer socks and a note about how Multi-Purpose Cream soothes tired feet all year around.

12. Joint & Muscle Pain Cream with a microwaveable comfort pillow.

15. Cinch Snack Bars wrapped in see-through colorful net and tied with ribbon.

16. Shaklee Performance Sports Drink, Cinch Snack Bars and Joint & Muscle Pain Cream along with a sports bottle, football, soccer ball, or a signed ball or signed sports personality photograph. For a nice variation, use the same products and package with gardening accessories like a hat, cotton gloves, and/or kneeling pad.

17. Shaklee Physique with a jump rope or exercise video for someone making a New Year’s resolution.

18. ProSanté Hair Care System with a really nice brush and other hair accessories.

19. Shaklee SPF 30 for Body with sun hat, ball cap, sunglasses, or picnic basket.

20. Cinch Starter Kit to start the New Year right, along with a nice calendar.

21. Pedometer and Shaklee Performance with a great music CD for walking.

Happy Shopping!

Day # 25: Dreams

I have such wonderful dreams for this blog, well I think they're wonderful!

I can't wait till we finally buy a house, so I can share it with everyone. And then all the DIY projects and ohh what fun it will be!!
I can't wait to be pregnant ... Well I simply can't wait for that, but there are so many blog ideas I see floating around!
I want to share everything I pin on Pinterest!! From food to (again) our future home - this one will take a loong time! :)

These are the biggest things that come to mind when I dream about my blog, like I've got nothing better to dream about! There are also many more posts I'll think up as well! Let's just hope they don't come to me as I'm falling asleep! I never remember those thoughts!! :)

I absolutely love this!

What are your dreams? Better yet, what would you like to read about here?!

Day #12 : Our New (Old) Couch

Do you remember back on Day 3, when I showed you how we got our couch to stop sliding around? No? Go read it here. Please :)

Well, now that we have all read that post, I told you I would come back some day and share with you the before and after of our living room. I love to move our furniture around. While growing up, on Long Island, I would move my bedroom around nonstop! Unfortunately our bedroom now has only 1 good wall for the bed, the others are the sliding glass door, closet and bathroom ... but that is a post for yet another day!

Here is the before and after of our living room. As you can tell the before is from last Christmas! I love how the TV is now in the direct opposite corner (just off the right of the "after" photo).

What do you think? Do you redecorate often? Which room(s) do you do the most?

Day # 10: Organizing the kitchen

Today we are going into the kitchen.
This past weekend (while I was full of energy from waking up at the crack of dawn to watch the sunrise with hubby) I decided to organize the kitchen!

My counter had become the "catch-all" for everything mail, magazine, borrowed tupperware, my purse :), etc. So I was tired of it. I went to Walmart and bought a few binders & supplies, then I 3-hole punched my planners & recipes and voila!

My favorite part is having all of my e-meals weekly meals all in one place, and my weekly holiday planner that I found on my friend Michelle's blog!

Now you can actually see the counter! Let's hope it stays that way.

How do you stay organized? Any tips you can share?

XOXO,

31 Days of Our Home (Day 1)

See below for easy access to more recent Days. Thanks for visiting <3

Ever have a REALLY great idea?!

I have just been having such great ideas left and right lately. My biggest challenge has been remembering to write them down and carry them through. I will be doing a 31 Day series of posts about Our Home. How we clean, organize, the crafts we do, and so much more!

You will be seeing all my new projects come through. I will be guest posting for my friend, Sarah, on Saturday, October 6th about a fun positive reinforcement tactic we are implementing with Riley. I will also be having a guest blogger right here on Monday, October 15th! So watch out for that!

We just had a busy weekend. I cleaned a friend's house, as I do most Saturday's because she has rheumatoid arthritis and it is really good to be able to contribute and help her out! I use my own Shaklee products to clean, watch for a post on that in the near future as well! We also went to the beach for a birthday bash and collected rocks and shells!

Share some of your great ideas, completed or still in 'to do' status, in the comments below! I'd love to hear them!
Don't forget to stay tuned for all 31 Days!!

XOXO,
