Day # 13 Mmm Breakfast



Today I'm sharing my breakfast with you! This is going to be a simple post!



All I use is 1 cup milk 2%, lactose free), 6 ice cube (based on your preference), 1 banana and 
chocolate Cinch. You could also do vanilla!


This shake is so smooth and creamy, you'd hardly believe it's an inch (weight) loss shake!





There you have it, and I loved it!! What did you have for breakfast?
